Safe & Sound Saturday Draws in Thousands!

Reliable Chevrolet would like to thank everyone who attended last month’s Safe & Sound Saturday, which was held at the Springfield Expo Center in an effort to teach local residents about the importance of safety. The event had a wonderful turnout, with over 8,000 people attending, and we had the pleasure of meeting many amazing individuals. In addition to thanking those who made it out for Safe & Sound Saturday, we’d also like to congratulate local resident Robbin for winning our TV raffle. Out of 1200 entries, Robbin was the grand prize winner and took home a brand-new 48-inch flat screen TV, concluding the day’s activities!

Corvette Museum Sinkhole: Real or a Big Hoax?

Last month, the National Corvette Museum made headlines after a gigantic sinkhole opened up beneath the gallery and swallowed eight Corvettes in the process, leading to significant damage. Photos and video emerged everywhere showcasing the mayhem, and while some gasped in astonishment over the incident, others were quick to call it a huge hoax. That was the case for one YouTube user, Zurnmusic, who created an entire video "revealing" the sinkhole conspiracy. He uses a few photos and websites to make his point, but is there any real validity to his statements? You decide!

Jeff Gordon & Pepsi Max Team up for

By now, everyone has seen NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon's laugh-out-loud Pepsi Max ad where he pretends to be a customer at a used car lot and takes a salesman on a wild test-drive in a Chevy Camaro. The commercial was an instant hit when it made its debut last year, but with any daring stunt, some were quick to call the entire thing a setup. One of those naysayers was Jalopnik's very own writer, Travis Okulski, who said the ad was a fake. Irritated by the claim, Jeff Gordon decided to get back at Okulski one year later, teaming up with Pepsi Max, once again, to pull the ultimate prank, which they're calling "Test Drive 2."
